Any damage to the property outside the normal wear and tear will be notified in writing and charged according at standard rates to repair and return the property as provided.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in the cottage and depending on the type of dog.

Please be aware that we have free range chickens so if your dogs are inclined to chase them then please keep them on a lead.
